Recently, Dr Ruvini Vithanage presented "Long-term outcomes of patients with persistent critical illness in Australia and New Zealand: Does a longer ICU stay, in itself, cost survival?" at the Alfred Journal Club and the ICU Consultant Meeting. The work has attracted significant interest, and she will also be presenting at the Trainee Meeting during the ANZICS quality and safety CTG meeting in November.
